The successful shortlisting of IRI classification hoop marks that West Oil Union's cementing service has officially entered Changqing Oilfield, which will further expand the service scope of West Oil Union in Changqing Oilfield. Headquartered in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, Changqing Oilfield works in the Ordos Basin, the second largest basin in China, spanning Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and Shanxi provinces (regions), with a total exploration area of about 370000 square kilometers. The West Oil Union will provide Changqing Oilfield with 5 1/2 "and 7" LTC buckles and TPCQ buckles of IRI Company for more than 400 wells.
The grading hoop has the following characteristics:
1. Adopt internal closing structure, close the sleeve with clamping spring locking device, and close the clamping spring locking closing sleeve;
2. There is no small cavity liquid compression problem in opening and closing actions;
3. The inner diameter of the upper and lower joints is consistent with the inner diameter of the casing, which can effectively protect the two-stage hoop body from damage during tripping and drilling operations;
4. All accessories are made of rubber/aluminum materials with good drillability, and have special anti-rotation mechanism, which is convenient to drill and remove;
5. Optional displacement-type opening plug for continuous cementing operation.
In order to meet and meet the tight production of the oil field, the West Oil Union has closely organized the production of IRI products. It is expected that the complete set of products will be delivered to customers one after another starting from this month.
