Centrifugal compressors and industrial drive steam turbines are two cornerstone businesses of NEW JCM, with technological capabilities ranking among the international leaders. NEW JCM is the only company in China capable of manufacturing centrifugal compressors and industrial drive steam turbines on the same production line, providing rare integrated engineering and turnkey delivery capabilities. The company’s core machining processes and complete unit testing and validation capabilities are among the most advanced in China. These products serve as critical equipment for the production of synthetic ammonia, urea, caustic soda, methanol, ethylene glycol, amino acids, and other industrial products. In key segments such as synthetic ammonia, urea, and methanol, NEW JCM maintains a leading position in the domestic market. Currently, NEW JCM has an annual production capacity of 50 sets of compressors, 20 sets of steam turbines, and 100 rotors.

Gas turbines represent a key emerging growth driver for NEW JCM. Leveraging decades of accumulated expertise in turbomachinery technologies and supported by its domestically rare gas turbine hot-test facility as a core hardware platform, NEW JCM has adopted a differentiated development strategy of “MRO First, Complete Units Next.” The company has developed comprehensive service capabilities covering gas turbine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), spare parts supply, and integrated gas turbine solutions, while actively advancing the R&D and manufacturing of complete gas turbine units. Currently, NEW JCM has the capacity to perform major overhauls for 4 – 6 gas turbine units annually.
