The 1.52 million-ton/year zero-carbon ammonia project of Vision Zero Carbon Technology (Chifeng) Co., Ltd. has a total investment of about 40 billion yuan. It is located in Yuanbaoshan Industrial Park, Chifeng High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The project is an important support for Chifeng City to build a green and low-carbon park. Project Process Route

The main process flow of the project: after the water or reclaimed water is treated and desalted by the chemical water treatment station, hydrogen is prepared by the alkaline water electrolysis process, and the generated hydrogen is sent to the ammonia synthesis unit to produce liquid ammonia products with the nitrogen produced by the air separation unit. The ammonia synthesis unit is mainly composed of feed gas compression system, ammonia synthesis gas compression system, ammonia synthesis and ammonia recovery system. The electricity used in the above synthesis process is generated by renewable energy such as solar energy or wind energy, so the product ammonia is green ammonia (carbon-free ammonia).
