Dr. Shan Ying, postdoctoral workstation of Hengtai Aipu Enterprise, successfully passed the exit defense.

On September 25, 2014, Hengtai Aipu Enterprise Postdoctoral Workstation held a "Postdoctoral Outbound Defense Meeting". Dr. Shan Ying made an outbound report and successfully passed the defense.
At the defense meeting, Dr. Shan Ying reported on his research work and achievements in fractured oil and gas reservoirs in the past two years. His main achievements are reflected in seismic trace reconstruction technology, application of seismic wave anisotropy theory to predict conjugated fractures, correction technology of prediction results using FMI data in wells and rapid Kriging interpolation technology, which are integrated in EPoffice software products and initially applied in actual projects. These research results have been highly recognized by the review experts. The jury unanimously agreed that Dr. Shan Ying's outbound report met the postdoctoral outbound requirements and agreed to exit.
The review experts participating in the defense meeting include researcher gong bin, co-supervisor of Peking university mobile station, professor di yuan of Peking university institute of technology, professor Deng Lin, co-supervisor of hengtai epp enterprise workstation, Tang chengfeng, general manager of hengtai epp, and Xie guisheng, chief scientist of hengtai epp. Wang Wei, deputy director of the Haidian Garden Expo Management Office, also attended the defense meeting as a special guest.
Dr. Shan Ying is the third postdoctoral fellow of Hengtai Aipu Postdoctoral Workstation. He has won the "Beijing Overseas High-level Talents" and was hired as a "Beijing Special Expert". Dr. Shan Ying will stay and work at Hengtai Aipu Company after leaving the station.
