On July 8, Hengtai Aipu Group Company organized employees and their families to go to the suburbs of Beijing to carry out the summer group building activity of "Gather You and Me, Sail Away.
This group building activity is divided into two parts: expansion training and hiking. Expand training through a number of ice-breaking games, closer to each other, quickly active the scene atmosphere. Next is a group game that tests the cooperation of the team. Each team member obeys the unified command, has a clear division of labor, cooperates with tacit understanding, and works together to complete the target task. The last expansion activity is the Frisbee duel. Under the leadership of the coach, the basic skills of Frisbee were trained. After everyone was familiar with and mastered the rules of the Frisbee game, they were randomly divided into four teams, a ten-minute competition system, and two duels. After that, the two winning teams competed for the championship. The team led by Chairman Wang Lifei and Executive Deputy General Manager Yu Xuexia entered the final finals. In the final, the two teams tried their best to run hard, cooperated with each other under the unified command, cooperated with each other, had unexpected attacks, and had step-by-step defense. The game was extremely fierce. In the end, the two teams tied for the first place with a six-to-six tie. The warm game atmosphere pushed this expansion event to a climax.
This expansion activity also set up a special children's group project. A total of 13 children participated, of which the oldest was 10 years old and the youngest was 4 years old. Under the leadership of the teacher, they carried out a number of puzzle games such as leaf collage, group directional treasure hunt, and simulated survival in the wild. The children unconsciously got to know a lot of leaves in the activity, exercised their hands-on skills, learned to help each other, unite and cooperate, and enhance their love nature.
After the quality development, the group came to the hiking destination: Yanqing Dushan. After a short rest, they started the hiking trip. The hot weather did not weaken everyone's enthusiasm for climbing. Along the way, everyone sang and laughed, supported each other and encouraged each other. As we went forward, none of the members gave up and arrived at the top of the mountain smoothly according to the planned time, and jointly harvested the beautiful scenery. The so-called "it's easy to go up the mountain but difficult to go down the mountain". The real challenge lies in the downhill, the dense woods, the winding and rugged mountain paths, all the way to the finish line. Everyone feels "it's good to have teammates".
This group building is the first large-scale collective activity of Hengtai Aipu Group Company since the epidemic, through this group building activity to exercise the body at the same time enhance the understanding and trust between employees, further improve the team cohesion, employee sense of belonging, so that every employee deeply feel the warmth of the collective and the strength of teamwork.
