In the early morning of May 26, 2023, bathed in the warm sunshine, Beijing Boda Ruiheng Technology Co., Ltd. officially kicked off the activity of "challenging to ride 40 kilometers and enjoy the Guanting Reservoir Wetland Park. The challengers were fully equipped with their riding gear and ready to go.
The starting point of the challenge is the World Grape Expo Park. Before setting off, the coach seriously emphasized safety and driving precautions, and led everyone to do warm-up exercises. After a burst of noise, everyone's car has been adjusted, the protection is also equipped, and the sun protection is in place. With the coach's voice: "go", a convoy of more than 20 people drove out along the tree-lined path, starting a journey of 40 kilometers and nearly marathon distance.
The scenery along the way is really beautiful. For those of us who sit in the office all the year round, this is the closest close contact with nature. The flowers on both sides of the road, the leaves, the grass, the trees, the water, bring people full of joy. The birds sing in the branches, and the ducks in the water enjoy the comfort of nature. With the ride, the wind blows across the cheeks, making people unconsciously look up. Accelerate the acceleration, the wind is blowing more comfortably, let a person relaxed and happy.
A few kilometers ahead of the ride, everyone was intoxicated, chatting while riding and enjoying the scenery along the way. But a long time a posture let everyone began to feel a little tired, coupled with the sun exposure, many people have been sweating. Everyone encouraged and urged each other. Fortunately, no one was left behind. Seeing that halfway through the drive, the coach suggested that everyone find a cool place to replenish water and energy, take a rest, and then fight again. Everyone cheered.
After more than an hour of rest and recuperation, everyone's mental state was obviously much better, but looking around, it seemed that there were a few general missing. When asked, it turned out that the ride just now had exhausted them, with backache and leg cramps, so they decided to quit the ride behind. It seems that the 40-kilometer cycling goal is still somewhat difficult. It requires not only physical strength, endurance, perseverance, but also factors that the body can bear.
The remaining challengers were each eager to try, each full of confidence, and set off again under the guidance of the coach. As a defeated player, I can only congratulate and interview the victorious challenger at the finish line.
The first one to return to the starting point was the manager of the R & D department,
I: "how, soup manager, tired?"

I: "Wang Gong, is it OK?"
Wang Gong: "It's okay. It's still 10 kilometers to ride home for a while, plus 10 kilometers in the morning, 60 kilometers today".

One after another, the challengers returned to the starting point one by one. Although their faces were soaked with sweat, they were all filled with the joy of victory. Everyone shared the feeling of riding with each other, shared the different scenery photographed, and shared the experience of this challenge.
The sun is still so dazzling, and the challenge of riding 40 kilometers ended in everyone's happy talk and laughter. Everyone packed up a happy mood and set off for a new challenge.
