The carbonate team of Hengtai Aiptalimu Research Center recently undertook the project of "General Contracting of One Well, One Policy, One Life Cycle Tracking Service for Oilfield in Greater Halahatang Area". Under the circumstances of tight time, heavy production tasks, shortage of personnel and relatively insufficient technical force, the carbonate team of Hengtai Aiptalimu Research Center worked overtime. After 100 days of hard work, it has overcome difficulties and has now won the first battle.

Tabei's "General Contracting of One Well, One Policy, Whole Life Cycle Tracking Service for Oilfield in Greater Harahatang Area" project is different from previous scientific research projects. It is a long-term general contracting project for scientific research and production that breaks the boundaries between Party A and Party B, takes oil field storage and production as the core, and is closely integrated with the whole process of embedding, front-end service and strategic bundling. The project has introduced a series of assessment indicators such as personnel arrival rate, data accuracy rate, production completion rate and effective rate of measures. The oil field requires that all work contents of Hengtai Aipu should be linked with indicators such as production completion, oil and gas reserve utilization rate and production efficiency of Tabei Oilfield. The project service contract includes all follow-up services for on-site production of oil fields, research on technical countermeasures for stable production and enhanced recovery rate of oil fields, and research and development of production application software for carbonate development countermeasures. It covers the whole process of exploration-evaluation-development-production of the whole oil field, and involves various specialties such as seismic-logging-geology-reservoir engineering-oil production engineering technology. Tabei Project Management Department has positioned Hengtai Aipu Company as four centers: data processing center, program preparation center, research staff center and daily affairs center.

This project is a serious challenge to Hengtai Aipu Company.

In order to complete Party A's task, for more than 100 days and nights, the employees of the carbonate rock team of Tarim Center traveled between the station and the Tabei Project Department under the scorching sun and took turns to work in the production front line in the desert hinterland. Zhang Meihua gave up his vacation and insisted on front-line work. Wang Lianshan was ill, his colleagues helped to buy some medicine, and he continued to work with the illness. Guo Haihua is pregnant and still insists on working overtime. Liu Xiao's wife has just given birth to a child. He insisted on sending his mother and son back to his hometown in order to devote himself to work. When Lan Zhengkai joined the company, the child was less than 3 months old. He did not make any request and went directly to Tarim, give up the usual rest time and work overtime. 24 hours a day, at any time to solve a series of problems in on-site production, timely carry out comprehensive research on earthquake, geology, reservoir, oil production, engineering, etc., put forward measures and countermeasures, and carry out the next step of scientific research and production analysis and prediction research.

A hard work, a harvest. At present, the ten measures proposed by the carbonate team in the first two rounds have been adopted and implemented, effectively making up for the production of Halahatang Oilfield and making a real contribution to the completion of this year's target production! It has been highly praised by the leaders of the oil field, which has strengthened the confidence of the long-term close cooperation between Tarim Oilfield and Hengtai Aipu Company!

Another important significance of this project is that during the operation of the project, the technical service level of the company's employees has been improved, and the company's technical service ideas have been broadened: the company is no longer just doing a special production or scientific research project, but from the design of a well to the birth, growth, expansion and demise of a large oil field, Hengtai Aipu has the ability to participate in it, it can provide better and more professional services for the oil field, and advance and retreat side by side and hand in hand with the oil field.

In this way, with the cooperation with the oilfield projects, the spirit, working attitude and technical level of the carbonate research team of Tarim Center have been recognized by the oilfield again and again, and have become an enterprise that has participated in the annual geophysical exploration project of PetroChina for six consecutive years.
