On May 19, 2026, the NEW JCM Group Co. Ltd. 2025 Annual Year-End Commendation and Award Ceremony was grandly held. All employees gathered together to honor hard work with prestige and to unite strength through role models.
Commending Excellence, Witnessing Glory
The commendation featured four major awards: the Dedication Award, the Pillar of the Company Award, the Outstanding Employee Award, and the Most Potential Employee Award, centralizing recognition for outstanding employees and core backbones who performed their duties faithfully, forged ahead with determination, and dared to shoulder responsibilities over the past year.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Xu Lu, Manager of the Human Resources Department, delivered an opening speech. She reviewed the Group’s struggle journey in 2025, characterized by solidarity and overcoming difficulties, expressed her gratitude to every colleague who contributed silently in ordinary positions, and encouraged all colleagues to look up to the advanced role models, stay grounded, and make greater achievements.
Crowning with Honor, Sincere Wishes
Wang Lifei, Chairwoman and General Manager of NEW JCM, Wang Yanqiu, Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board of Directors, Zhang Xiaojing, Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer, Guo Gengpu, Deputy General Manager, and Xie Shuangjun, Chief Engineer, presented awards to the winners respectively, amid continuous applause. Each honor and recognition represents a high acknowledgement of past hard work, as well as an earnest expectation for chasing dreams and forging ahead in the future.
The award winners delivered their acceptance speeches one after another. They expressed their gratitude for the platform and opportunities provided by the company, the trust of the leadership, and the support of their colleagues. Subsequently, Wang Lifei, Chairwoman and General Manager of NEW JCM, delivered a speech.
