Deputy General Manager Sun Yuqin was elected Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager Tang Chengfeng and Chief Scientist Xie Guisheng were elected Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Deputy General Manager Wang Guohui was elected Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection.

On May 27, 2016, Haidian Park Working Committee officially approved the establishment of the Hengtai Aipu Party Committee of the Communist Party of China.
