On October 17, 2018, Mr. Fran Sizan, Counsellor of the Commercial and Investment Office of the French Embassy in China, led a delegation of three officials, accompanied by Wang Chongwu and Qin Guoqiang of the Foreign Cooperation Office of Zhongguancun Haidian Park, to visit Hengtai Aipu Group. Yang Huafeng, general manager of Hengtai Aipu Group, led the team to warmly receive the French guests. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the signing of the scientific and technological cooperation agreement between China and France. The "Sino-French Joint Innovation House" innovation cooperation project is to link the Sino-French innovation and entrepreneurship system together, strengthen mutual understanding between institutions and enterprises of the two countries, and use the technology and resources of the two countries to promote innovation cooperation between the two sides.
