On July 12, 2013, the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau, the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau, and the Zhongguancun Management Committee hosted the 2013 Beijing area SME M & A business special training. Mr. Sun Gengwen, Chairman of Hengtai Aipu Company, as an entrepreneur representative, was at the training meeting. He gave a keynote speech on the design and experience of cross-border mergers and acquisitions of entrepreneurial listed companies.
