On May 13, 2008, Mr. Mou Shilling, former deputy general manager and professor-level senior engineer of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation, and foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and the Russian Academy of Engineering, was invited to inspect and guide the company and was employed as a senior strategic consultant of Hengtai Aipu Company.
