In this context, Sichuan Oil Design has achieved fruitful results since the beginning of 2017, including the acquisition of the first terminal ship LNG filling station (0.12 billion RMB) project in Sichuan Province, and the comprehensive utilization of natural gas in Malong County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province Three EPC general contracting projects totaling 0.23 billion yuan, including the project.

On the basis of making full use of the investment and financing platform of Hengtai Aipu Group, we will strengthen EPC general contracting. It is difficult and the investment is large to build a long-distance natural gas pipeline. Therefore, the utilization rate of natural gas in the state is in its infancy. Due to the country's increased efforts to protect nature and environmental protection, coupled with strong support and investment in ethnic minority areas (highways, Sichuan-Tibet Railway), in recent years, the state has a strong desire for clean and efficient energy such as natural gas. Most counties and cities in the state have launched natural gas utilization projects, focusing on the conversion of coal to gas, diesel to gas, and oil to gas in towns and temples. Strive to form a new pattern of integrated development of natural gas liquefaction, transportation, storage, transmission and distribution, point supply, and sales industry chain during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period.
