The training content is the basic theory and application operation of five sets of reservoir prediction software (EPS, IMAGE, FRS, GMAX, SIMO) independently developed by Hengtai Aipu.
Compared with the previous training, the training period has been extended by three days, providing sufficient time for the teachers to explain in detail and systematically and for the students to absorb fully and completely. In addition to the company's experts Qin Gangping, Xie Guisheng, Zhang Zhirang and Yang Jianxun, engineers such as Wang Hong Luo, Hu Xueyan, Fu Yu and Liu Yujuan also gave professional explanations. What's interesting is that there is no lack of trainees from the previous training among the teachers. It can be seen that this kind of training is effective and essential.
Before the first day of class, the company's president Sun Gengwen personally mobilized the students. Sun always stressed that we should arm ourselves with knowledge and the spirit of the company, and we should not be afraid of difficulties and have the courage to forge ahead. Mr. Sun analyzed the difficult situation of the current global economic crisis, hoped that everyone would cherish the opportunities created by the company for employees, and cited examples of Chinese oil people's hard work to stimulate everyone's fighting spirit.
