Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating and improving the company's legal and compliance management system, organizing and implementing relevant work plans, and preventing corporate legal risks;
2, responsible for reviewing the company's various rules and regulations of the legal compliance, improve the company's internal system construction;
3, responsible for starting, reviewing and revising all kinds of contract texts and legal documents of the company;
4, responsible for the company's business activities involved in the legal consultation and reply;
5, responsible for promoting the company's litigation and arbitration, cooperate with the collection of evidence, respond to the provision of materials, cooperate with the management of external law firms to promote litigation and arbitration procedures;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in law related;
2. At least 3 years working experience in law or law firm;
3. Have solid legal theory, quick logical thinking, strong communication and coordination ability;
4. Be steadfast, honest, patient, conscientious and responsible;
English can be used as a working language.
