Job Requirements and Conditions

Job Responsibilities
1.Assist in developing execution plans for specialized equipment manufacturing projects, track key milestones, identify potential risks, and report progress deviations to the project team in a timely manner.
2.Manage classification, organization, and compliant archiving of full-cycle project documentation, including contracts, technical drawings, and acceptance reports, ensuring traceability and accuracy of project records.
3.Organize project kick-off meetings, weekly progress meetings, and other coordination sessions, prepare structured meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure closure.
4.Coordinate internal and external resources, support business processes such as purchase requests, expense reimbursements, and approval workflows, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project execution.

 

Qualifications
1.College diploma or above. Majors in Engineering, Science, Management, or background in special equipment manufacturing industry are preferred.
2.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to independently handle data analysis, statistics, and document preparation.
3.Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of supporting multiple parallel projects (3+ projects simultaneously).
4.Outgoing personality with strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with R&D, production, procurement, and other teams.
CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or equivalent English proficiency is preferred.
