Job Responsibilities
1.Organize, archive, and manage version control of various technical documents within the 2.Technical Department, including technical proposals, requirement specifications, and test reports, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
3.Support the organization and documentation of technical meetings, prepare structured meeting minutes, define action items and responsible persons, and track follow-up progress to ensure implementation.
4.Assist the technical team in maintaining equipment registers, organizing experimental data, and handling material requisition processes, supporting the smooth execution of R&D and engineering projects.
5.Maintain and update the Technical Department knowledge base, regularly consolidate and standardize technical materials to enhance knowledge sharing and team efficiency.
Qualifications
1.College diploma or above in English, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines. Basic understanding of technical terminology is required.
2.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong capability in document formatting, editing, and data organization.
3.Strong communication and coordination skills with attention to detail, capable of quickly understanding technical requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
4.Responsible and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and service awareness, and the ability to work under pressure.
