Job Requirements and Conditions

Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the scheme design, technical clarification, and engineering drawings (CAD/BIM) of power equipment package projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and relevant industry standards.
2.Follow up the full lifecycle of package projects, coordinating procurement, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning processes, and ensuring project schedule and quality control.
3.Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, including design drawings, installation manuals, and acceptance reports.
4.Act as the technical interface with customers and on-site construction teams, providing technical support and resolving engineering issues during project execution.
5.Participate in the selection and evaluation of key component suppliers, and support technical communication with suppliers.
6.Support the sales and marketing team in preparing technical proposals and responding to technical clarifications during the bidding process.

 

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Engineering Management, or related disciplines.
2.At least 2 years of experience in packaged equipment or engineering-related industries; experience in power equipment, energy, or new energy sectors is preferred.
3.Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office; familiarity with BIM, SolidWorks, or other 3D design software is a strong advantage.
4.Strong ability in engineering drawing interpretation and technical documentation writing. English proficiency equivalent to CET-6 or IELTS 6.0 and above is required.
5.Strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities. Willingness to undertake short-term business travel is required.
