Job Responsibilities
1.Assist the Audit Manager in executing internal audit projects according to the audit plan and timeline, including audits of company departments, business processes, and subsidiaries.
2.Understand key internal control points and support the Audit Manager in identifying control objectives, key audit areas, and critical process nodes.
3.Participate in the review and assessment of corporate policies and business processes, collect and organize audit evidence, and prepare audit working papers.
4.Analyze data and process review results to identify internal control weaknesses and potential risks, and monitor possible implications.
5.Follow up and monitor the implementation status of audit findings and corrective actions to ensure timely remediation.
6.Organize and maintain audit documentation and ensure proper filing and archiving of audit records.
7.Travel to subsidiaries as required to support on-site audit activities.
8.Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related disciplines from a full-time program.
2.Basic proficiency in English is required.
3.3–5 years of audit experience from either consulting (third-party) or in-house corporate environments; experience in internal audit is preferred.
4.Solid understanding of audit and financial fundamentals, with familiarity in corporate accounting standards and internal auditing standards.
5.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication, execution, and teamwork capabilities.
6.Willingness and ability to undertake short-term business travel.
