Job Responsibilities
1.Organize, implement, and follow up on new employee onboarding training programs to ensure smooth integration and fast adaptation to job responsibilities.
2.Conduct training needs analysis across departments based on business requirements, and design and deliver internal training programs covering job skills, professional competencies, and team management.
3.Coordinate and manage training logistics, including on-site execution, training materials preparation, and process control, ensuring effective delivery of both online and offline training sessions.
4.Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training reviews, data analysis, and feedback collection, and continuously optimize training content and delivery methods.
5.Maintain internal training materials and employee training records, support the management of internal trainers, and perform other training-related tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time program. Majors in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
2.1–3 years of experience in corporate training or Learning & Development, with hands-on experience in independently organizing and delivering training programs preferred.
3.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to independently develop training materials, design training programs, and prepare reports.
4.Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills, with attention to detail and proven ability in on-site training facilitation and post-training review and analysis.
5.Passionate about talent development with patience and strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to support business-driven training initiatives effectively.
