Job Requirements and Conditions

Job Responsibilities
1.Manage full-process financial operations for overseas subsidiaries and projects, including budgeting, cash flow planning, cost control, and financial reporting.
2.Lead tax compliance management for overseas operations, with a solid understanding of local tax regulations in target countries/regions, and optimize tax planning strategies.
3.Establish and enhance financial risk management systems for overseas businesses, identifying and mitigating potential risks such as foreign exchange fluctuations and fund security.
4.Work closely with overseas business teams to provide financial insights and decision-making support, driving the integration of finance and business operations.
5.Coordinate internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with both group requirements and local regulatory standards across overseas entities.

 

Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
2.At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting within large corporate groups, with solid expertise in consolidated financial statements, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
3.Strong proficiency in financial analysis methodologies and tools, with the ability to independently perform multi-dimensional business performance analysis and forecasting.
4.Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate resources across departments and effectively resolve complex issues.
5.Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions, with strong capabilities in data processing, analysis, and visualization.
6.Strong bilingual writing and documentation skills (Chinese & English), with overseas experience preferred.
