Job Responsibilities
1.Oversee the preparation and disclosure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports at the group level, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
2.Lead the development of financial analysis frameworks, deeply analyze operational and financial data, and deliver insightful reports to support senior management decision-making.
3.Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and various special audits, ensuring efficient and smooth audit processes.
4.Drive the standardization and automation of financial reporting processes, optimize data collection and processing mechanisms, and improve overall reporting efficiency.
5.Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to resolve complex accounting and reporting issues, ensuring consistency and alignment in group-wide financial data standards.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
2.At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting within large corporate groups, with solid expertise in consolidated financial statements, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
3.Strong proficiency in financial analysis methodologies and tools, with the ability to independently perform multi-dimensional business performance analysis and forecasting.
4.Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate resources across departments and effectively resolve complex issues.
5.Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions, with strong capabilities in data processing, analysis, and visualization.
