Job Responsibilities
1.Overseas Business Coordination: Assist in developing overseas business expansion plans, monitor project milestones, track progress and potential risks, and facilitate the successful execution of international projects.
2.International Business Communication: Serve as a bilingual liaison between NEW JCM and overseas customers and partners, supporting business negotiations, executive meetings, and interpretation services.
3.Executive Travel Support: Coordinate the Chairman's overseas business travel, including itinerary planning, logistics, and on-site business support during international visits.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on overseas markets, industry trends, policies, and competitors, and prepare analytical reports to support strategic business decisions.
4.Business Documentation Management: Prepare, translate, and maintain bilingual business documents related to overseas operations, ensuring document standardization, accuracy, and information security.
Qualifications
1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Candidates with backgrounds in Foreign Languages, Business Administration, Engineering, or International Business are preferred.
2.Language Skills: Proficiency in English with the ability to use it as a working language. Excellent business communication, interpretation, and translation skills are required. Proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
3.Adaptability: Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis and adapt to different time zones and multicultural business environments. Strong resilience and the ability to perform effectively under pressure are essential.
4.Learning Ability: Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly understand overseas market regulations, business processes, and industry dynamics. Strong analytical skills and market awareness are preferred.
5.Personal Attributes: Outgoing, approachable, and highly collaborative, with excellent cross-cultural communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong bilingual writing, presentation, and data analysis capabilities. Previous overseas study, work, or international business experience is preferred.
