Job Requirements and Conditions

Job Responsibilities
1.Provide day-to-day operation, maintenance, and technical support for Kingdee ERP and other ERP systems, ensuring stable system performance.
2.Develop user manuals and deliver internal training for Kingdee ERP and other ERP systems.
3.Perform daily operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of ERP financial modules (e.g., Kingdee, Yonyou), ensuring system stability and reliability.
4.Support monthly and year-end financial closing processes to ensure smooth operation of ERP financial ledgers.
5.Manage and maintain ERP data, including data cleansing, validation, organization, and migration, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
6.Gather and analyze business requirements for the ERP financial and supply chain modules, and support process optimization, report development, and module configuration, including workflow customization and feature activation/deactivation.

 

Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Information Management, or a related discipline.
2.At least one year of experience in the operation, maintenance, or technical support of financial software or ERP systems, with hands-on experience in financial modules. Familiarity with core financial processes such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Assets (FA) is required. 3.Experience in enterprise digital transformation or ERP implementation projects is preferred.
4.Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and databases (e.g., SQL), with the ability to perform database queries, data verification, and report generation.
Familiarity with the integration and interrelationships of ERP modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, as well as a solid understanding of ERP system architecture and business processes.
5.Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and clearly communicate technical and business issues.
6.Professional certifications related to Kingdee ERP, such as the Kingdee Certified Engineer (KCE) certification, are preferred.
